Randy has deep local knowledge in the phoenix/tempe/chandler area market.

(He helped us buy our 1st house 20 years ago, and in 2018 he helped us with a unique situation custom lot purchase). Our most recent 2020 experience was working with Randy to sell that 1st home after we moved into the new custom home. Randy had great recommendations on little things/improvements to do before listing the house, and he also had the tradesmen scheduled very quickly. This made things very easy for us. The photos for the listing were excellent too! We had 5 offers(above asking) in 2 days, so we closed the bidding. Randy helped us pick the optimal offer(which is not always just offer price), and helped us through the closing process also. His office staff Jenny & Monica are excellent on details and super prompt on follow-up. Randy and his team were always available whenever I needed. I am actually amazed that Randy is still that same joyful workaholic I meet 20 years ago! (I guess it's good to be a client!)
